ADORABLE! Delaney Ciotola and her dog, Annie, are rocking the fall weather outside. Annie is a perfect example of how cute dogs are and she is also there to help the Ciotola kids when they need it. Ciotola’s dog is a Havanese and is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. All dogs are just as kind and cute. They are cute and always there for you” Sarah Schrantz, 10.

MAKE ME A MATCH. Chava (freshman Peyton Hines), along with her sisters Tzeitel and Hodel (seniors Sydney Weiss and Shayna Kling) sing about what the future will bring for her in a scene from Aves Theatre’s recent production of the hit musical, “Fiddler on the Roof.” The show took place April 11-13 at Sycamore High School, and was a huge success both with the audience and financially. “With this show, we were able to break the record for the amount of tickets sold for a one week show,” said Aves Theatre director Mr. John Whapham

WATCH OUT! Seniors, Peyton Gilheart, Alex Holdren, Sarah Holdren, and sophomores, Marissa Thorp, and Kyra McHugh were at freshmen, Delaney Ciotola’s house. When they heard Ciotola and Holdren scream, they ran and found out a bird flew in the house. The girls had just got back from the football game and as soon as the door opened, a bird flew in. The girls were there for each other and stuck together trying to get the bird out. “When the bird flew in the house I was so scared, all of us were laughing hysterically,” said Sarah Holdren, 12

Junior Lydia Masset (left) and sophomore Maddie Suh (right) are grateful and honored to selected, and hope to develop their leadership skills in order to ensure a greater SHS. In addition, previously covered freshman Katie Mott (not pictured) has also been selected to represent the sophomore class next year. “I am honestly super excited and relieved that I got elected,” Mott said.
