Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters releases decision to retry Ray Tensing for murder and voluntary manslaughter on Nov. 22. For the new trial, there will be a new jury and judge (Judge Leslie Ghiz). It is yet undecided whether the second trial will take place in Cincinnati again or elsewhere in Ohio as the prosecution is requesting.

From Nov. 9 through the 13, the marching band and orchestra went to Disney World to perform music they have worked very hard on. The trip consisted of three days actually in the park, with one day the orchestra having a concert in Disney Springs, and another the band paraded through epcot. Both groups also participated in workshops to better their skills.

Many days after school, many students have been staying to create powerful posters that promote love and acceptance. They used sources such a pinterest, google, and their own creativity to come up with their posters. Many other students have become interested in joining the movement and filling the school with love; there may be a club created to do just that.
