Have you ever wondered if anything besides our lives changed during the pandemic? Even if COVID-19 was very harmful to humans, the quarantine was very helpful for our planet. Because millions of people were in total or partial isolation for some time, according to the National Library of Medicine, environmental noise had been reduced by 75%. This is a result of the decrease in vehicle traffic, social mobility, and the temporary closure of factories. Furthermore, a new study published by the School of Public Health found that ultrafine particle concentration dropped by nearly 50% because of this reduction in aviation and road activity. Without people constantly polluting the Earth, nature can quickly clean itself up; however, this does not mean everything would be better without humans. If polluting processes were more controlled and we found a way to be less harmful to the environment, we would not have to deal with global warming and climate change. Climate chance is very important because we only have one planet Earth and there is no second one; well, at least it has not been discovered yet…
