Yoga Club is a safe place offering students a calm and welcoming space to unwind after a long stressful Monday. After a long day of classes, homework, and activities, the club gives everyone a chance to relax and refocus. Each meeting contains beginner friendly yoga poses to improve flexibility and balance and yoga mats are provided for borrowing. The atmosphere is peaceful and supportive, making it perfect for students of all experience levels. By the end of each meeting, club members leave feeling refreshed and more prepared for the week ahead, making it a perfect Monday afternoon activity. Yoga Club has become a positive community where students can recharge both physically and mentally each week. The club meets every Monday after school in room 1712 until 3 p.m.
