As AP testing and the Ohio State Test (OST) quickly approach, finding a great place to study is important for productivity and overall performance. This month, The Leaf put together a list of recommended study spots designed to help students stay motivated and well-prepared. We also asked students for feedback on their preferred study areas.
We asked students at SHS to fill out a survey about their favorite outdoor study spot. Here are some responses that were not mentioned previously:
-Summit Park
-Library
-Backyard
-Porch
-The courtyard at school
-Under a nice tree
-Sunroom
-The roof
-By the pool
Spot #1: Weller Park
If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place to study, Weller Park is the perfect option. With its spacious layout, walking trails, and plenty of benches, it’s a favorite spot for many local students. The park also offers a large shelter, in which you can host study groups for collective learning.
Spot #2: Starbucks
Another popular option for studying is at Starbucks. This spot is ideal because it has a calming ambience and delicious treats to encourage learning. Plus, the coffee can give you an extra boost to stay awake and productive. It is also a great place to take a break from studying and to enjoy the lively atmosphere.
