Groups of students enjoyed the homecoming dance on Oct. 5.

“I really enjoyed my first year of homecoming. I thought it was very well put together to make it fun for everyone,” said Alexandra Mexis, 9.

New attendants got to experience the dance for the first time while returning students got to compare it to other years.

“It was really fun. I had more fun this year than last year,” said Kayla Kramer, 10.

This may have been because of the many changes put in place by Student Council. Many of these did not involve the night of the dance but rather the week before, but it still affected a student’s overall homecoming experience. To learn more of the details, see our September issue.

“I thought it was cool how during the dance we looked around and it was like, ‘we hung that up’. It was a different experience from just attending the dance,” said Jacob Spiegel, 9, Student Council member.
