  • “Over the past four years orchestra has become my life, and for the senior spotlight, we prepared like crazy. It was so stressful because of all the special parts that we were given,” senior Ben Boughton said.

  • “Recently I quit C1, which gave me way more free time. Orchestra is so fun to be a part of, this concert was the one that got everything started for everyone which is exciting,” freshman Bailey Truitt said.

  • Mr. David Smarelli is the conductor of the orchestra. He took extreme pride in this concert because it was spotlighting the best seniors in the orchestra. It was a bitter sweet moment because he know that next year these seniors would not be with him anymore.

    '
  • “Bailey, a senior, conducted Part of Your World and he was really good. We had to vote in class for him. A few people had tried out for the spot.” said Wang.

    '
  • “There was a draft and it blew away our music. At points I messed up, but I always get back on track by following the first chairs. Overall, it ended up being a great concert, and the senior soloists were also great.” said Ferdinand.
