What you will need:
Pasta Roni Fettuccini Alfredo
Milk
Water
Butter
Pepper
Salt
Broccoli
Chicken
Italian bread (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut up the chicken into very small slice, each one about the size of your finger. Lightly salt and pepper the chicken slices and put in a 350 degree oven and bake 25 minutes.
- Also cut the broccoli into about the same size pieces and boil for about 7 minutes so the stem is still firm and doesn’t turn to mush under the pressure of your thumb. Add half the amount of butter you normally would.
- Then prepare the Pasta Roni according to the directions then add a ¼ cup of both milk and water into the pot so the sauce can cover everything once added.
- Add your broccoli and chicken to your pot, stir thoroughly, and add pepper to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy with a toasted piece of Italian bread.
