Holiday Junction’s Duke Energy trains run along 1,000 feet of track. They travel at a proportional speed to real, life sized trains. During the holiday season, these trains will collectively travel over 100,000 scale miles.

Since 2011, Cincinnati Museum Center has been welcoming their visitors with holiday fun.

Holiday Junction consists of many miles of Duke Energy Trains wrapping around a large area, Santa visits and pictures, and a gift shop.

Members with a museum membership or who bring in a Duke Energy bill can get into this exhibit for free.

Freshman Amber Hopkins said, “I have visited Holiday Junction three times this year. Ever since I was little, I have been visiting at least once a year. It’s such a great exhibit.”

Small trains for children under six years old are available to ride in order to get the full train experience.

Freshman Autumn Pelopida said, “Holiday Junction has been a tradition within my family for as long as I can remember. Sometimes, I even go with my friends. We have so much fun.”

Pictures with Santa are available for all ages, as are fun activities throughout the month of December, such as Breakfast with Santa.
