Cincinnati Ballet to take on ‘Lady of the Camellias’
October 21, 2015
The Aronoff Center for the Arts is known for hosting all the performances of the Cincinnati Ballet.
On Oct. 23 and 24, 2015, Cincinnati Ballet will be performing Lady of the Camellias.
Lady of the Camellias is about Marguerite and Armand, who engage in a forbidden love affair in nineteenth century Paris.
Set to the moving music of Chopin, Lady of the Camellias is a beautiful, yet heartbreaking tale of loss and love.
Sophomore Emilie King said, “I love going to the Aronoff Center and watching the ballets. My family and I have made it a tradition to see The Nutcracker every year during December.”
Tickets are on sale now and will be for the rest of the week.
King said, “I have already purchased my tickets for Lady of the Camellias, and I am so excited to get to be able to watch Cincinnati Ballet’s portrayal!”
