Chinese classes celebrate culture through field trip

On 3/16/2016, all students enrolled in the Chinese language program could participate on a field trip. The first part of the field trip was a tour of the Cincinnati Art Museum. There was a 10$ charge to attend the field trip. All photos taken by Ning Zhang

Above, a docent leads Chinese Accelerated 4 sophomore students on a tour. The tour centered on Buddhism’s influence on Chinese and Japanese art, from calligraphy to ceramics to sculpture.

From left to right, Connor McGowan, Abbey McGowan, and Jannen Suvaroven. After dessert, there were several students trying to delay returning to school. However, the chaperones in charge would not be dissuaded, and the Chinese students returned back to school.
