Surprise commitment in tennis
We are proud to be the ones to break the news that 2017 SHS tennis player Varun Kaliairasan has committed to and will sign with Wright State to continue his athletic and academic career.
QUOTE COMING
Kalaiarasan is rated as a one-star recruit. He is rated as the #968 player in the nation, and the #34 rated player in Ohio. Wright State begins their regular season on January 14 against Michigan State. Congratulations to Kaliairasan for committing to the Raiders and adding another D-I athlete from SHS.
Three athletes sign
With the signing period officially open, three players have decided to end their recruitments and sign with their schools. Basketball player Jayden Sayles (Akron), baseball player Nick Wade (Transylvania), and runner Kevin Lawson (Dayton) all signed with their respective teams today.
I hope my fellow @SycamoreAveCave members can join me as I sign my NLI during 7th bell tomorrow! #SycamoreStrong
