EYE ON THE BALL. Sophomore Abby Pescovitz focuses on executing the volley. She played third singles for the girls and also won her match. She won in a tight three-setter.

JUST GRIND. Senior Sherry Chen gets low for a backhand return. She played first doubles with Winnestafer. “I worked hard over the summer and feel like I really improved over the course of the year,” said Chen.

SMASHIN’. Junior Halle Gordon serves up an ace in her second doubles match. She was critical of her technique and liked to be perfect.

SNAP, CRACKLE, POP. Senior Sarah Sotropa sprints ahead to hit the low backhand shot. She was the number one singles player for the B team this year. She was able to finish out her career with a victory.
