Hollis offered by Urbana
While three current SHS football players are committed to continue their careers at the next level, one who remains un-pledged is defensive lineman Elijah Hollis. Earlier this week, Hollis announced that he had received an offer from D-III Urbana University.

Hollis, who also has offers from Ohio Northern and Thomas More, must make a decision by National Signing Day on Wed., Feb. 1.
Lovie Smith comes to SHS
In a bit of a “celebrity sighting,” former Chicago Bears and current Illinois head coach Lovie Smith was at SHS yesterday to visit with Ra’Von Bonner, who is committed to Illinois.

Bonner, who committed to Smith back on September 27, has recently received an offer from Iowa but insists that he is still firmly, 100 percent committed to Illinois.
