Fall chooses Charleston
Since I last wrote about all the college commitments that had been made, we were able to add two more to the list as WR Khadim Fall and DL Elijah Hollis both made their college choices public in the last few days.
Fall was the first to announce, posting on Twitter that he would be attending Charleston next fall.
Beyond blessed to announce that I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at the University of Charleston! @UCWV_Football pic.twitter.com/febSibNaxM

The Charleston football Twitter account then posted their response to Fall’s commitment. Unfortunately, due to NCAA rules they are not allowed to directly mention Fall’s name until he is signed, but here is their attempt to try and get around the rules.
Got some big time commitments late last night and today ? the future looks incredibly bright ?

Charleston competes in the Mountain East conference alongside schools such as Urbana and Fairmont State. They finished 3-8 last season. Fall finished with 352 receiving yards, good for 15th in the GMC.
Hollis announces for Ashland
Despite being a “silent verbal” for a few days now, defensive lineman Elijah Hollis officially announced that he would be attending Ashland University next year. He received an offer from Ashland back on Jan. 23, and chose them over other offers from schools such as Charleston and Urbana.
Extremely blessed and excited to receive my 5th opportunity to play football at the next level from Ashland University! #TGBTG #GoEagles pic.twitter.com/8NVSj2UUcC

Ashland finished a very respectable 9-2 last year as a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) alongside schools such as Findlay and Northern Michigan.
Congratulations to both Fall and Hollis. Next up? SB Nadarrien Duncan will be covered in another special edition of The Flyover on Monday.
