“Fashion has always been a part of my life and it always will be. At the age of two I was picking out my own clothes by myself and I only wore dresses, skirts, and the colors pink or purple. But when I was nine I told my mom that I wanted to be a fashion designer instead of my “dream” job which was a veterinarian. I took many sewing classes and made small sketches and I couldn’t believe I was actually sewing. I started to get more serious with my work when I was in seventh grade and I’m planning on majoring in fashion design for college. I love fashion simply because I can express my feelings with it and when I sketch I feel relaxed, calm, and I can get all of my thoughts out.”
