JV boys basketball takes a shot

TAKE THE SHOT. The boys’ basketball team grows together and continues to improve as they head into their sixth game. Sophomores, Kissela, and Nick Bruggeman lead their team in practice and during games. Head coach Demarco Johnson focuses on the athlete’s strength, endurance, and technique by pushing the players hard every day. The team, as well as each individual, has goals for this winter. “Individually, I would like to become more assertive with my scoring and passing. Team-wise, our goals are to show constant improvement throughout the season and finish strong,” Kissela said.
