Not so Great Currito
Mexican food is a huge favorite among the city of Cincinnati. One new popular Mexican fast food restaurant is Curitto.
Currito is a good choice for a quick dinner. Currito is a build your own type of meal restaurant. Currito is very similar to Chipotle and Qdoba. You have the option to eat in or take it home.
“It is in a great spot for families to dine in and grab a quick bite to eat if they are in a hurry,” said Genesis Manganese, 11.
Another bonus of the quaint Mexican restaurant is that it is affordable. They also have a variety of choices on the menu, so if you are not into a burrito, maybe quesadillas will do the trick.
“The service is great. They are very quick to get your order back to you,” said Cyrus Khodadad, 9.
Whenever my family and I go to Currito, my go-to order is the burrito bowl. In my bowl, I get white rice with cilantro, chicken, pico de gallo, corn, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, and taziki sauce.
The burrito bowls taste alright. I firmly believe that Currito is a knock off of Chipotle and it does not taste anywhere near as good as Chipotle.
However, some downsides of the restaurant are with the food itself. The food just does not have much flavor in my opinion. The chicken is very bland and the corn has no pizzaz to it.
With all this in mind, if you and your family are looking for a casual place to dine in for a quick meal and want a bland meal it is great.
With everything in mind, I rate this restaurant a 6 out of 10, not bad for a knockoff of Chipotle.
