Leaf Chipotle fundraiser a success

On Wed., Feb. 19, The Leaf had a fundraiser at the Reed Hartman Chipotle Mexican Grill. SHS had an early release day, so it ran from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If a Chipotle customer showed an SHS Leaf fundraiser flyer, 50 percent of the proceeds of their meal went to the SHS Leaf newspaper.

Chipotle was full of students and students’ family members on Feb. 19, the day of The Leaf fundraiser. The Leaf received 50% of all proceeds. The large crowds show that it was very successful in funding The Leaf Newspaper. — Chipotle was full of students and students’ family members on Feb. 19, the day of *The Leaf*‘s fundraiser. The event was very successful for the newspaper, bringing in many people for the fundraiser. The line was out of the door, and almost everyone in line was their to support the SHS paper. In the very crowded Chipotle restaurant, lots of money was raised for The Leaf.
