DRAW, PAINT, BUILD. At the Sycamore Art Show, works of art from all grades were displayed. The day before the show, art teachers from the four different Elementary schools, E.H. Greene school, Junior High, and High School gathered to put up the multitude of pieces done by students. Included was a group project by the Elementary students where they colored on pieces of paper and then constructed a cityscape by sticking the separately colored pages together by cutting slits and placing them together to construct a criss cross. Junior High students made Zentangles, a series of different patterns placed next to each other, creating the students’ hair above a photo of their face.
