Creative costumes challenge Class of 2014
October 16, 2013
Senior Halloween is on Oct. 24. Based on surveyed results, six out of seven seniors have already started planning their costumes. Most of them are going with a group.
People get creative ideas through social media. “We brainstormed ideas in a huge group text message and settled on our favorite idea,” said Sarah Birckhead, 12.
Seniors get ideas from brainstorming and some get ideas from social media. “We were inspired by a similar costume on tumblr, and then we put our own spin on it,” said Alexis Corcoran, 12.
In the parade of costumes, some people will be presenting their costumes. Some will not. “I don’t think I will be having a presentation in the parade. We may do it, but we have nothing planned other than being in character,” said Rachael Sun, 12.
Senior Halloween brings a lot of excitement to the school. The surprise of each costume makes the day fun and special. Many seniors had started planning their freshman year.
Whether senior or not, Senior Halloween makes the day fun and enjoyable through the creative costumes presented.
