Hi! My name is Kaitlyn Schoembs, and this is my first year being involved in The Leaf. I am a senior this year, and I’m excited to be able to write and publish stories from my own creativity. I love to write especially about things I’m interested in, which is why I joined The Leaf this year. I also hope to improve my writing skills to help me pursue my major in college, which will be something in the business world. Outside of school, I love to shop, hang out with my friends, and relax as much as possible because I tend to be extremely busy. I play Varsity Soccer for Sycamore and have been a captain since junior year. As well as Varsity basketball this year. I’ve played soccer my whole life competitively, and I hope to continue playing club while attending college. I’m very excited for the future and the rest of my senior year!
