Hola my name is Steven Newman, and I am a senior at Sycamore High School, This is my first year in journalism which  I decided to join mainly because I just wanted to try something new and Journalism just sounded interesting, I also kept on hearing about how awesome Mrs. Brownlee is, so that definitely motivated my decision. I am originally from Jamaica and I have lived in the States for about 5 years now, I have a twin brother(who looks exactly like me) and a little sister, Outside of school I love playing sports, mainly soccer and track and field, i also enjoy reading and i’m probably the biggest history buff you will ever meet.
