AP Spanish students are hosting an event during both lunches in the Commons called Unidos por Puerto Rico, or Puerto Rico Donation Day.

The event is being run by junior Karisa Grandison, who has family living in the territory.

Any extra money that students and staff can spare is appreciated. It will be used to help those in need after Hurricane Maria devastated the area.

Anyone who donates $3 will get a temporary Puerto Rican flag tattoo while those who donate at least $5 will receive a bigger flag tattoo.
