AP European students rule pigeons
May 13, 2015
On March 27, 2015, AP European History students headed to Europe to learn about culture and different aspects of European life. While in Paris, the students came across many animals, specifically the pigeons. The woman pictured on the left was very good with these small rat birds. She would pick some of the pigeons up and place them on different students heads. The students learned that not all animals are scary and deadly, and that some of them can even be friendly. Matthew Scheutz (center) declared himself the “King of the Pigeons” when the bird perched itself on Scheutz’ head. Even though some of the students acquired some strange smells from the birds, the adventure was worth it in the end.
