Benjamin Ruskin, A&E Chief
This is my second year as a part of the excellent journalism staff. I am a sophomore and last year I served as a staff writer, but this year I am A&E chief for The Leaf. In my free time when I am not doing journalism work, I am an officer on the board for Unified for Uganda, a club devoted to educating under-privileged kids in Uganda. I am also a publicity officer on the board for Spanish Club, and I am on the board as communications officer for my youth group, BBYO. When I am able to get my assignments turned in early, I feel a great deal of relief. During the past two years, I have learned many ‘real world’ skills from journalism, and I look forward to continuing to acquire new skills. Currently I host a Tumblr blog with Eli Zawatsky.
