Goldenberg and junior Megan Combs wait between frames and chat with the team bowling against them.
-
Combs lines up her shot, aiming for one last pin in order to get a spare.
-
Combs scored the spare, which helped toward her final score of 150. Although this is still below her personal high score of 175.
-
Mather said, “We make sure we laugh and we’re in a really good mood before we come out and then we do some cheers.”
-
Junior Sydney Klien said, “I like how the whole team howls. If we do something good, we howl.”
-
Junior Alex Redrine prepares to go for a strike and win in his lane.
-
Redrine bowls his ball using a technique in which the ball curves while rolling down the lane.
-
Sophomore Noa Atkins bowls for the first time with a new ball, which she had recently purchased from Cross Gate Lanes.
-
Atkins knocks down the final pin, scoring a spare and placing second out of the four bowlers in her lane.
