“I choose to stay off of social media because I feel like I lose myself sometimes. Learning who you are is an important part of growing up, and I felt like I was losing that spending so much time scrolling through Instagram. I love how people can share ideas and positive experiences, but I felt like I had to keep up with others instead of focusing on myself. Since deleting social media, I have boosted my grades, read some amazing books, and got into University of Tennesssee School of Music as a cello performance major.”
