Author, spoken word poet, and Pratt scholar, Mahogany L. Browne, has released five LP’s of poetry and spoken word, many of which are award-winning.

She has also published many poetry books including “Black Girl Magic” (Roaring Brook Press/Macmillan, 2018), and “Dear Twitter: Love Letters Hashed Out Online” (Penmanship Books, 2010).

Browne has been a dominant African American voice the spoken word and poetry community and continues to do so in the future.
