Hi, my name is Natalia Korte, I am a junior and this is my first year on The Leaf. I am very excited to be part of The Leaf staff and thrilled to be able to start my creative writing journey. I have been drawn to joining journalism since reading the missed connections section of The Leaf my freshman year. Aside from journalism, I am also a part of the swim team at SHS, and I swim on a club team year-round. Aside from swimming, I love music, reading and traveling. I listen mostly to Taylor Swift, I got to go to the Eras Tour this summer and it was incredible!! I also listen to Harry Styles, Noah Kahn, Bad Bunny and a variety of other Latin artists. I am a big reader, I love TV shows, but I think movies are too long and I get bored. I absolutely love to travel; this summer I got to go to a couple of countries in Europe, and my dream is to live in Europe when I’m older!! I look forward to writing many articles this year, and I encourage you all to pick up The Leaf! Go Aves!!
