Hi! Did you know that bananas are actually slightly radioactive due to the decay of potassium? Anyways, being a sophomore is pretty cool, I guess. This is my second year on The Leaf staff, and I’m a staff writer. I like a lot of things, but I also strongly dislike (hate is a strong word and I only use it to describe things like that feeling you get when scrape two metal objects against each other or chairs without wheels) a lot of things, too (like cauliflower). I’ve never actually eaten any cauliflower, but I’m sure it’s taste is comparable to that of a polar bear’s liver that had been sitting out in the harsh arctic climate for over 8 months. I also love making music and playing baseball, and I write whenever I get an opportunity (I’m currently working on a piece about a guy named Ellis Ferdinand who meets a younger girl named Katie and they go on a whole bunch of adventures together. It’s pretty neat, but you’re not allowed to read it). And by the way, school is cool.
