DAFFODILS. Last year’s spring production was “Big Fish.” The cast was comparable in size to that of Joseph. The big spectacle in the show was a curtain covered with hundreds of handmade daffodils.

Last year’s season featured Bring It On, Yellow Boat, Almost Maine, Noises Off, and of course Improv. Bring It On was the spring musical about cheerleading and school rivalry. The show was unique in that it was performed over two weekends.

Last year, Aves Theatre’s acting ensemble class put on the show, The Odyssey. They used special effects, such as the sand depicted in the picture. The Odyssey is based off the novel by Homer.

Senior Alex Turner commands the ship of sailors. Turner portrays the role of Odysseus, and throughout the show, he is journeying to his homeland, Ithaca. This representational ship exemplifies the style of the entire production.
