‘All’s Well That Ends Well’ for Shakespeare performers

Aves Theater Acting Ensemble took center stage at Memorial Hall on Apr 21 to perform an abbreviated version of William Shakespeare’s play, “All’s Well That Ends Well” for the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company’s “Project 38”.

“Project 38” is the Shakespeare Company’s community festival bringing together schools from around the area to stage public performances of the Bard’s plays as they completed all 38 in the 2014-2015 season.

Senior Dasha Beniash played the lead role of Helena for the first half of the show which starred the third bell ensemble. Her fourth bell counterpart was played by senior Jennifer Adamec.

The second lead character of Bertram was played by junior Max Poff in the first half and junior Mitch Singstock in the second half.

The production concluded with rousing applause from the audience which included Shakespeare Company staff, parents, random spectators, and the Mt. Notre Dame ensemble following Sycamore with “A Winter’s Tale”.
