For many of the club’s five seniors, it was their final opportunity to do Model UN as a high school student. “Chicago was a nice break from school, and I was able to get a unique educational experience. I formed connections with lots of people and also got to check out the city,” said Nikhil Sekar, 12.

SHARING EXPERIENCES. Seniors speak about their high school experiences and give advice to current seventh and eighth graders along with their parents at the 14th annual Student to Student Forum, which was held at the Junior High on Jan. 22. Most of the event was in Q&A format, with questions on topics ranging from activities and clubs to time management and sleep habits. At the end of the session, some parents and students could come up and ask more individualized questions.
