Hey! My name is Maddi Saunders and I’m a staff writer for the leaf. I’m a freshman here at SHS. I do cross country and love to run and write. I read as much as possible. Once I graduate I would like to major in literature and become an editor and publisher. I have a dog, Bella, and a cat, Charlie. I adore my two little sisters, Riley and Annie. I have had a 4.0 GPA since 7th grade. This is my first year in journalism and I am hoping to continue throughout the rest of my high school career. I love writing about more serious topics and going in depth.
