Maroon 5 had to reschedule their show at the U.S Bank Arena on Sept 29th to Mar. 3rd due to the birth of Adam Levine’s baby. The show was one of seven shows that were rescheduled for the new year. Comedian Ellen DeGeneres helped name Levine’s daughter, Dusty Rose Levine, over a text message.

COMEBACK KID. After spending one year abroad in Belgium, Laura Setser, 12, came back to SHS and rejoined the water polo team. Setser is a fundamental part of the water polo team. While she was in Belgium she played soccer.

The art museum is one of the oldest in the United States.  It was founded in 1881.  Currently, a large Pinocchio statue is outdoors in front of the museum.

Jiho Choi, 12 competes in his best event- the 100 yard backstroke. Choi was a state qualifier for a relay as a freshman, however had to take a break from the sport due to injuries his sophomore year. As a senior, he hopes to return to the state meet.

Students collaborated with staff and the NFL to create a promotional video for healthy activity in school, and outside of school. Multiple Bengals players visited the school for this, as well as two Ben-gals and Who-Dey, the Bengals mascot. They all worked together, having fun and staying healthy throughout the day.
